SpectraDim MVC16 – Flexible Multi-Channel Dimming for
Professional LED Lighting

The LDDE SpectraDim MVC16 is a powerful, modularly configurable 16-channel DMX dimmer designed for professional LED lighting control. With up to 16 independently controllable outputs, the unit provides maximum flexibility for demanding theatre, studio, broadcast and architectural lighting applications.

Depending on the application, the outputs can be configured for constant current (CC) or constant voltage (CV) operation. Constant current versions with up to 1 A or 2 A and constant voltage outputs with up to 4 A per channel are available. The output supply voltage can be configured for 12, 24 or 48 V DC according to the specific requirements of the installation.

High-resolution 16-bit dimming ensures exceptionally smooth and precise brightness transitions, even at very low intensity levels. With selectable PWM frequencies of 1,500 or 3,000 Hz, the SpectraDim MVC16 is also suitable for demanding lighting installations in HDTV environments.

In addition to DMX512 control, the unit provides features such as DMX Hold, Fade to Zero and a manual operating mode. An integrated 2 × 16-character LCD display and a rotary push-button encoder allow convenient operation and configuration directly on the device.

The robust, powder-coated metal housing is available for both wall mounting and installation in 19-inch racks. This makes the SpectraDim MVC16 a versatile and reliable solution for professional LED lighting systems.
